Litluns Barn Camp Out!

As well as all of our residents, you can pick from one of our farm favourites to be your neighbours and personal pet during your stay choose from, Chickens, Rabbits, or Guinea pigs, for you to take charge of whilst you are staying (feeding, putting to bed, grooming etc), these will be placed in a special run located next to your tent and be under your care during your stay. A great way to let your kids have a pet without the lifetime of commitment.

Meet up with one of the farmers at 9am for an hour’s morning farm check where you can get involved with egg collecting, feeding and of course poo picking. Getting involved with tasks and parts of the farm no other guests get to see.

Stay in one of our amazing Bell Tents..

Complete with wooden frame double bed and 2 single beds, including Home from Home style bedding, duvets and pillows, along with fleece throws and blankets.
(an additional bed can be added to allow each tent to sleep 5 should it be required)
Each bell tent has solar lighting and fairy lights for the perfect ambient stay.

Outside each tent you will find a rustic cast iron fire pit ready for campfires, with straw bale seating, extra blankets and cushions along with a picnic table for dining.

All guests have full access to a BBQ, tools, crockery, cutlery etc at the outdoor kitchen, along with unlimited free tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, juice and phone charging point so you need not bring anything with you for your stay.

We can provide BBQ meal kits sourced from our farm for the ultimate evening meal (extra cost)
and for the following morning a farm sourced breakfast kit for the ultimate cooked breakfast, or continental dining treat (extra cost)

If you’re staying more than one night picnic hampers can be provided for the following day with all ethically sourced local produce (extra cost)

All or any of which can come with chef service for a small additional cost, to give you the ultimate luxury stay away, or for an extra treat why not book a fire pit with the farmers and cook and hear tales of the farm over our large outdoor fire bowl.

All tents have access to our converted trailer – showers and toilets so all home luxuries are fulfilled

All you need to bring is a good book and your own towels.

DON’T FORGET YOU CAN ADD..

Alpaca walks, pony grooming, small animal session (small costs), but we do recommend you book a VIP tour on your day of arrival so you can get to know all the animals who you are sharing with for your stay and learn how best to be the farmer whilst staying with us

There are plenty of places to visit near the farm – local pubs with fantastic menus a short walk, 18 hole golf club with driving range and foot golf (short walk), Braintree Village shopping village (less the 5 mins by car), lots of amazing countryside walks why not make it a few days away rather than a night or a week to become true farm hand professionals
