Gemmas Farms aim to try and rekindle old memories of childhood and better times when most families kept a few chickens or ducks at the bottom of the garden. We concentrate on bringing the older generation and animals back together using a hands-on approach. Getting elderly people involved in a range of activities has great therapeutic benefits.

These visits are designed to stimulate their senses and keep the mind active. Our animals can be taken both inside and out allowing for complete inclusion of all stakeholders.
